General Warranty
All LynCar & Waterline products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date on purchase. Liability is limited to repair and / or replacement of material found to be defective, after examination by our facility during the warranty period. No claims for labour, shipping, or other damages will be accepted or honoured.
Replacement and or repair under this warranty will be made within a reasonable time after receipt by our facility of the allegedly defective item, Items that have received secondary finishing or have been altered in any way or form after purchase are not covered by this warranty. Claims resulting for damaged cartons must be filed with the carrier and not us. After receiving proper authorization, all returns of merchandise which are claimed defective under warranty must be sent freight prepaid to.

We offer specialized warranties on certain of our product lines, including Push’N’Connect fittings and the Cold-X cold expansion line, among others. Please contact your LynCar/Waterline sales rep for details
Garantie
Tous les produits LynCar &Waterline sont garantis contre tout défaut de matériaux et de main-d’œuvre pour une période d’un an à compter de la date d'achat d'origine. La responsabilité est limitée au remplacement du produit qui s’est avéré défectueux suite à sa vérification par notre représentant autorisé, pendant la période de garantie. Les frais de main d’œuvre, reliés à l’expédition ou à d’autres dommages, ne sont pas couverts par cette garantie. Les remplacements et réparations en vertu de cette garantie seront faits pendant une période raisonnable après la réception par notre établissement du présumé produit défectueux. Les produits qui ont été modifiés de n’importe quelle façon après l’achat, ne seront pas couverts par cette garantie.
Les réclamations pour les boites endommagées doivent être dirigées vers les transporteurs, non vers nous. Après avoir reçu l’autorisation appropriée, tous les retours de marchandises qui ont été réclamées comme défectueuses en vertu de la garantie doivent être envoyés avec la mention « fret payé d’avance ».
