Pipe Markers - Propane Gas

Positive identification of a piping system shall be done by lettered legend and colour. The name of a given content shall be spelled in full or abbreviated. Colour bands cannot be used alone without a legend
The markers (hereafter referred to as a legend on a colour band) should be applied to pipe to designate the four main classifications and should be installed at frequent intervals, close to all valves, adjacent to all changes in direction where pipe passes through walls and floors or at junction points of distribution
These Markers are colour coded according to American National Standard Institute Specifications ANSI A- 13.1, along with a legend on the colour markers insures double identification protection (OSHA 1910.144, 1910.147, and 1910.261, 1910.262 and 1910.264, ANSI A-31.1.1981)
Material is a high quality performance 6 mil stabilized vinyl. Will not tear, durable and PRINTING IS BURIED under a protective cover. Will take temperatures up to 260°F. For Indoor or outdoor use
